Jan Payne is an outstanding success coach. I enjoyed working with her, and I recommend her very highly. She listened to me and provided encouragement. She also led me through thinking exercises to help me generate ideas and focus on solutions. I have become much more productive as a result of her guidance. I have also gained insights that will help me continue to improve.

My comment is oh my god just by listening to Brian Tracy and hearing about you from Matt Siebert, I just can wait to start to work with you but I have a little problem with my money I like the way you say about the money topic but I am a person of lots of idea. maybe just like you Jan Payne anyway I like the way you put it out but I turn it around for me as I need my money to work for me. instead of me working for my money thank you Jan Payne and thank to Matt Siebert I will prove to you that I will really make my money work for me you will be proud of me but just give me some to get that money to get started. I also like the thing you are into like writing, and you know what I never thing about investing in diamonds, you open my eyes. Thank you very much both you and Matt Siebert. penelope.smile god bless you

Knowing very little about success coaching or personal development coaching in general, I knew it was time for a change in my life. I decided to sign up for success coaching with Nightingale Conant in May 2007. I had been working my way up the corporate ladder in a job that I always thought I "had" to be in. But it was not the type of career that made me happy or personally fulfilled. When I spoke to the Nightingale consultant, I described my dream of becoming a personal development speaker and successful entrepreneur. Without hesitation, he recommended Jan Payne as a coach. Within one week, I had enrolled in the coaching program and began my weekly sessions with Jan. Week by week, with incredible enthusiasm and motivation, Jan worked with me to break down many of my self limiting paradigms and beliefs. I could literally see my conscious awareness rising to new plateaus. She constantly reminded me of my self worth and the value I could offer to the new industry I was moving into. At the same time, she kept my mind focused on the task of being a great performer in my day job. As the weeks went by, incredible things began to happen for me and my business. I attracted all of the right partners and clients. I started to teach my own personal development workshops for small audiences. I also kept a good balance and increased my performance in my day job. By the end of my coaching (about 6 months time), I had tripled my half-year salary at my day-job and established enough confidence in my own business to plan a move to full time. I will be leaving my current career and pursuing my dream full time in a few short months. This is something that my mind would not even have been able to process or comprehend at the beginning of my coaching. Thank you Jan for what you do. By living your dream and performing at 100%, you are inspiring people like me to do the same Justin Popovic http://www.igniteyouressence.com/

WOW! What can I say.... WOW! WOW! Have you ever had a moment in life when you look around you and say WOW? Well I am having those almost every day now. After working with Jan, for 3 months, I now understand the power of WOW. By the way - that will be a book I write. The Power of Wow. Speaking of which, the book I am writing now is going great. Of course I was not a writer before I met Jan, I just merely dreamed about it. Now I am DOING IT! I hope to have it published soon, the website is up and I am already marketing myself and the book. What a blessing you have been, you helped me get to the heart of happiness...which is find what your PASSIONATE about! Simply live your passions and dreams and do one thing every day to reach your goal. I am happier than I have ever been and I owe it to myself for doing the work and being consistent and to Jan for helping me focus and see the vision. Jan gave me the power to clarify and focus, thus allowing me to see that my "dream" could in fact become my reality. Go live your dreams, do your passions and have a WOW life! Thanks Jan, for giving me my WOW!

Thank you Jan for inspiring me and helping me to change my life. When you became my coach four months ago, I felt as though my life had suddenly turned completely around for the worst. I had retired from a job I loved in the passed and made reservation for Cancun Mexico, which fell through. Jan after you became my coach I find myself reborn, full of energy, radiant and ready to go, with a positive attitude toward myself and toward my life.I am so grateful to you Jan for your encouragement and assistance in motavating me to rebuild my self-esteem and confidence in myself. Had to tell you this: I took 2 cd's with me to work with 2 people in mind to give them to. I needed to purchase smoke/carbon monoxide alarms--to take with me on trip--before I left Home Depot. Well, because of that I exited a different door forgetting about cd's. I went shopping for a few last items on my kids list, I reached in my pocket and remembered the $100 bill and my goal card! Negative thoughts popped in my head, but because of that bill in my pocket--I said heck with that negative talk and told myself to go back and returned to Depot and gave one to one of the young men who is looking for an online job. I get back with him next week before I take off. Finally a beginning. Friday was a winner!

Dear Jan, Thank you for this morning communication. I am sure you came in my life at this point for a reason. I suspect with your guidance this morning that my understanding of creativity as already expanded. I suddently realized that I can create my life just like a painting. The few exercises and questions you requested made me aware that I was right to follow my intuition in entering my name in this program. I just had a feeling to open your last e-mail a few minute ago and I found your web page. I will explore it further I am sure I will find a gold mine in there. Thank you for pointing that I have to not be afraid to Deam Big! Sincerely. Francine
