Personal Mission Statement

 

 According to Brian Tracy, your mission statement is an expression of your values in an action-oriented form. Please feel free to add verbs or other descriptive words to make this statement flow for you!

  • Go over the Values List and circle your top ten values.
  • Write them in the space below

  • Pick your top five values
  • Write them here

Step #3

Write down 5 positive personality characteristics you like about yourself in your work.  For example:

Describe the way you express each positive characteristic on a regular basis in your career, using the work “by” to begin each phrase.

Write down the professional goals you’d like to achieve by one year from today.
Be sure to write a specific financial goal.

When you are finished you will have a short paragraph that reads something like
