Third, is this beliefObsolete?
Fourth, is this belief excess Baggage?
Fifth, Erase and replace it!
Remember that if we do not replace a bad behavior with a good behavior, we will, by law replace it with another bad behavior. Nature abhors a vacuum. So then what is a possible thought or action you could replace this old program with?
