PQ stands for Positive Intelligence Quotient. The PQ Program is a mental fitness initiative designed to enhance wellness, performance, and positive relationships. This seven-week program empowers participants to create sustained change towards a more positive mindset by establishing new neural pathways through consistent daily practice.

Program Overview

The PQ Program helps you identify and decrease negative thoughts (referred to as Saboteurs) and increase positive thoughts (referred to as Sage). Here are the key components of the program:

  1. Free Assessment: Begin by taking the FREE Assessment and sharing your results. This helps determine your starting point and sets the stage for your journey.
  2. Saboteur Assessment: Identify your top Saboteurs to understand the negative thoughts that hinder your progress.
  3. Seven-Week Program: The program involves daily practice, weekly focus areas, the PQ gym, and a supportive community. The content is accessible via the PQ app, allowing you to measure your progress.
  4. Pod Group: Small groups provide weekly discussion opportunities, fostering support and accountability.

Program Structure

  • PQ App: Available on Apple, Android, and desktop.
  • Focus: Weekly hour-long videos and daily 15-minute app-guided exercises.
  • Gym: Guided sessions to practice and log PQ reps, fundamental for building mental fitness.
  • Community: An internal social network for program participants.
  • Modules: Essential lessons for completing the program.
  • Pod: Small support and accountability groups.

The 7-Week Foundation

  1. Week 1 – Introduction: Learn the basics and set your foundation.
  2. Week 2 – Self-Command Muscle: Boost your self-command muscle through PQ Reps, each taking only 10 seconds to help you master your mind.
  3. Weeks 3 & 4 – Saboteur Interceptor Muscle: Intercept and neutralize your top Saboteurs by exposing their lies and limiting beliefs.
  4. Weeks 5 thru 7 – Sage Muscle: Practice the Sage Perspective, turning problems into opportunities through the 5 Sage Powers: Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate.
