I just completed an incredible book by Shep Hyken called the Amazement Revolution. In his book, Shep shares the importance of Customer Service -I just experienced the best and the worst in the space of 12 hours with Bluehost.

I am so grateful for the assistance I just received!! The gentleman I worked with today, solved the issue in less than three minutes!!

Last night – the same question…over one hour…not solved…it was a simple solution – and my thought was “BS”

The person last night was ‘assisting others’ at the same time – several minutes passed between responses.  It was clear this person was not aware of the simple solution.

Don’t you wish that they would just say something like, “I just don’t know the answer to that question – let me see if I can get someone else to assist you’ … rather than string you along for several minutes re framing the same question! UGH

SO frustrating – at any rate this post is now being posted in the exact right place – thank you so much!

I would much rather have CS than BS – with much gratitude for the “CS”
