Happy Sunday!
Can you believe it is already March 5th? We are 3 months into the year.
It blows my mind how fast the time seems to go. Perhaps it is my age.
It is often said, the older one gets the faster the time moves.

“Too much to do” and “Not enough time” are victim words.

Every time you repeat those words, you are letting yourself off the hook for managing yourself. You are blaming circumstances beyond your control and subscribing to victimhood. Of course there is too much to do! Of course there is not enough time! Get used to it!”

Well, we all know that no one can manage time. We all get the exact same number of minutes in a day, a week or a year. Have you ever got to the end of a day and realized that you are totally exhausted and yet you got nothing done?

Would you like to be empowered to have different results? I thought so.

Here are the 4 rules of time:

  1. Time is perishable
  2. Time cannot be saved
  3. Time is necessary for achievement
  4. Time is irreplaceable

It’s truly about the choices we make. If we are choosing to do one thing then we are also simultaneously choosing NOT to do something else.

Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. Steve Jobs
